Privacy notice

This website is run by the organising committee of Bihar Connect 2026 (Abhishek Kumar) for the event on 24 October 2026.

• What we collect: your name, email, apartment and flat number, mobile number (for WhatsApp updates), headcount, and the UPI transaction reference and screenshot you submit.
• Why: to confirm your registration, verify that your contribution has been received, issue food coupons, and contact you about the event.
• Who sees it: only the organising committee's admins. Food-counter volunteers see coupon numbers, apartment and flat only — never your email or payment details.
• Storage: payment screenshots are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. The resident directory and collection records are never published.
• Retention: records are kept for accounting until the event's finances are closed, then deleted.
